Hufschmied Zerspanungssysteme exhibits at Intec 2025
Bobingen, March 7, 2025 – Hufschmied Zerspanungssysteme GmbH will be exhibiting at Intec 11 from March 14 to 2025, 2025. The manufacturer of process-optimized precision tools will be showing solutions for machining graphite and hardened steel at Stand B41 in Hall 3 of the Leipzig Trade Fair: Thanks to its low cutting force and extremely smooth running, the Graftor® enables the safe production of even filigree electrodes. The second tool presented, the HHF646, was specially developed for the efficient machining of hardened steel with over 45 HRC.
The Hard-Line tool series from Hufschmied has another specialized new addition with HHF646. Thanks to its coating and geometry, the tool is characterized by extremely smooth running and above-average service life in many tool steels. The reduced cutting force and the exceptional smooth running of the tool enable efficient processes.
Process brittle and hard materials with peace of mind
Smooth running is also a success factor for the special graphite tool Graftor®. This tool can be used to create fine structures that would break off with other tools due to the brittleness of the material. At the same time, exceptionally high removal rates can be achieved with the Graftor®, which can be used for roughing and finishing thanks to its special tool geometry.
