Hufschmied has developed the Protoline tools for the high demands of machining aluminum, block material as well as all plastics.
Especially for machining with through-milling mats on plate machines, we have extended our HC402 with an additional variant – now also available with corner radius 0.05 mm.
The very low corner radius of 0.05 mm avoids sharp edges on the component and damage to the sacrificial plate during milling, and straight edges can be achieved, eliminating the need for finishing.
